1. Can you use my printable stickers for commercial use?
No, unfortunately my printable stickers are for personal use only. Please DO NOT re-distribute, offer them as freebies to others or use for commercial purposes.
2. Custom and personalised orders
I do accept limited custom or personalised orders. Please contact me via the Contact Us page to discuss further.
3. Do you sell physical planner stickers?
Due to personal circumstances with work and family, currently my store operates as a printable sticker only store. I may start selling physical printed stickers again in the future. Make sure you favourite my store to find out about my latest updates! In the meantime, I have partnered up with several awesome printed sticker stores who will print, cut and ship out any printable item you purchase from Plannerologystudio, for a small charge. 4. How long does it take to get my order?
Immediately! All the printable stickers are digital downloads, which means no physical stickers will be shipped. They are meant to be downloaded, printed and cut at home.
The convenience of purchasing printables means you can instantly download the stickers and not have to wait days or weeks for the mail. It also means you have the files to print them at your own convenience as many times as you want! You can either print the stickers on sticker adhesive paper and use scissors to cut the stickers, or use a sticker cutting machine such as the Silhouette or Cricut machines. Cut files and PDF instructions are included for free with each purchase!
My printable stickers are designed and shaped in ways that is easy for you cut by hand using scissors.
5. Do you use clipart or images in your designs?
Yes, any clipart, images or graphics used in my printable and printed stickers have been either purchased with a commercial use licence, or is used within the rules and policies of the artist or graphic designer.
6. Why do you need my billing and mailing address for digital purchases?
Unfortunately this is a Shopify requirement which I am unable to turn off. Please rest assured, I take privacy, confidentially and security very seriously. I do not look at the address you put in (since there is no need to, as I sell digital download items) and will not do anything with your address. In fact, you are more than welcome to put in a dummy address if you have any concerns.
7. Planner sizes - Classic vs Standard
What does it mean when the kit is listed as suitable for "Classic A5 Wide" or "Standard A5 Wide" planners? If you use planners such as the Classic Happy Planner or equivalent then kits for "Classic A5 Wide" planners will be suitable. If you use planners such as the Erin Condren Lifeplanner or equivalent, kits for "Standard A5 Wide" planners will be suitable. Kits for "Hobonichi Weeks" will fit the Hobonichi Weeks planners.
However, having said that, all printable stickers and kits in my store have a wide variety of diverse elements which means they will be able to be used in most planners (some may require some manual adjustments by the customer subsequent to purchase). In addition, as all printable stickers and kits in the store include transparent background PNG files, they can also be manually cropped and used in digital planners (such as GoodNotes).
